1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the playzone.ph website accessible at playzoneph.net, including all games, services, features, and content made available therein.
• "Player" / "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player into their Account for the purpose of wagering.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required before processing withdrawals.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming activities in the Philippines.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the playzone.ph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of playzone.ph, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform for any reason.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your information promptly if any details change. playzone.ph reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your Account if eligibility requirements are not met.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3 Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. playzone.ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify playzone.ph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. Contact our support team as soon as possible so we can take appropriate action to secure your Account.

playzone.ph reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) procedures at any time. You may be required to submit valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

playzone.ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Platform's cashier section.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your Account are available for wagering once the transaction has been confirmed. playzone.ph does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once wagering has commenced.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus balance must have its associated wagering requirements fulfilled before withdrawal of related winnings is permitted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• playzone.ph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.

playzone.ph reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

playzone.ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• playzone.ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic wagering strategies, collusion, or other means constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• playzone.ph reserves the right to determine whether a Player qualifies for a specific promotion and to exclude Players from promotions at its sole discretion.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the playzone.ph Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to abide by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

playzone.ph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios and are subject to the rules and procedures of the respective game provider.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, playzone.ph will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, the Platform cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond our reasonable control. Bets that cannot be verified due to a system error may be voided.

playzone.ph reserves the right to void any bet or game round that is determined to have been placed or completed in error, or where a technical fault has materially affected the outcome.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the playzone.ph Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your Account.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown error are void.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Players or playzone.ph staff members.

8 Responsible Gaming

playzone.ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from within your Account settings.

If you believe you or someone you know may have a problem with gambling, we strongly encourage you to make use of these tools and to seek professional support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once activated, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register or access the Platform during their exclusion period. Any winnings generated by a self-excluded Player during an active exclusion period will be voided.

9 Privacy & Data

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the playzone.ph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trademarks, is the property of playzone.ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from playzone.ph.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, playzone.ph, its directors, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

playzone.ph's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. playzone.ph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

12 Termination

playzone.ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• A request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination for cause, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be reviewed. Balances associated with fraudulent activity or Terms violations may be forfeited. Legitimate balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

13 Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the Platform, you should first contact our customer support team, who will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter promptly and fairly. Complaints may be submitted via live chat or by emailing our support address.

playzone.ph will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within two (2) business days and will endeavor to provide a resolution within fourteen (14) business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority.

14 Amendments to These Terms

playzone.ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
